New Business Team
The Desk is a highly driven, high-energy team currently made up of 3 heads but with the potential grow in the future. The role of the team is to assist our unmanaged customer base with a focus on retaining and growing our existing EMEA accounts.
Inside Customer Success Executive
The internal function will report to the Desk Team Manager and focus on supporting and selling to our unmanaged customer base, whilst working alongside the internal Direct and Channel teams.
Working on regular workflows and a variety of campaigns you will engage with existing customers, encourage sales of new lines of business, provide front line support and identify wider opportunities.
