The Innovation Project Manager plays a crucial role in driving and executing designated commercialisation projects within our innovation and renovation program, taking them from concept to launch. This involves exemplary cross-functional supervision, strict adherence to Stage-Gate governance, and a forward-thinking approach to risk management. The position skillfully aligns plans, teams, and choices to ensure launches are delivered on-time, in-full, and on-budget. These successful launches not only enhance our brand equity and margins but also increase scalability, all while contributing to the achievement of our growth strategy.
