We are seeking a highly skilled Active Directory and PKI Service Administrator to join our team in Crane, Indiana and serve as a Key Position in a senior leadership role. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the security, stability, and scalability of our enterprise identity and access management infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, maintain, and support enterprise Microsoft Active Directory (AD) environments.
  • Administer and optimize Group Policy Objects (GPO), DNS, and DHCP services.
  • Manage and support Public Key Infrastructure (PKI), including digital certificate issuance and validation across hybrid environments.
  • Enhance and secure identity infrastructures through authentication, authorization, and access control policies.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to domain services and directory integration.
  • Collaborate with IT security and infrastructure teams to strengthen enterprise identity management and compliance.
  • Develop and maintain scripting, automation, and monitoring solutions.
  • Ensure adherence to security and compliance requirements.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of relevant experience required.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or related field required.
  • Active Secret Security Clearance required upon hire.
  • Must meet eligibility for access to classified information and may be subject to a security investigation.
  • Must hold DoD IAT Level III certification (e.g., CISSP, CCNP, CISA, CASP+).
  • Demonstrated expertise in Active Directory architecture and administration.
  • Strong experience with GPO design, DNS, DHCP, and Windows Enterprise PKI.
  • Solid understanding of authentication protocols (Kerberos, LDAP, SAML, etc.).
  • Experience with hybrid (on-premises and cloud) environments.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

  • Preferred certifications: Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate, or equivalent.

* Salary at RMC is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, a candidate's specific combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific requirements. The current salary range for this position will be $100,000.00 to $130,000.00 annually.
