Infrastructure & Security Manager

iKnowHow Group is a leading Software & Robotics Solutions company operating internationally. Within just a couple of years, our team grew more than 80%, we moved into a new spacious and modern office, and we kicked off 2026 with several new and exciting projects in digital transformation, custom software and robotics.

We are now looking for an Infrastructure & Security Manager to work in new challenging outsourced projects.

The role combines hands-on infrastructure operations with security leadership and governance, covering Microsoft hybrid environments, virtualization (VMware), endpoint security and identity protection, while driving modernization, resilience and standardization across the IT landscape.

Responsibilities:

• Own and lead day-to-day Infrastructure & Security Operations across on-prem and cloud environments
• Manage Windows Server environments
• Administer and optimize Active Directory (users/groups, GPOs, OU design, DNS, replication, tiering/privileged access)
• Lead Microsoft 365 administration (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive) including security and compliance controls
• Oversee Azure infrastructure operations (IaaS/PaaS as applicable, connectivity, monitoring, cost awareness, backups)
• Administer and support VMware vSphere environments
• Drive endpoint management and security (Intune, device compliance, configuration profiles, security baselines)
• Coordinate incident response with internal stakeholders and vendors; manage escalations and post-incident reviews
• Maintain and evolve technical documentation, operational procedures, asset inventory and runbooks
• Collaborate with business teams to align IT services with operational needs and uptime requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security or a related field (or equivalent experience)

• At least 5 of experience in Systems / Infrastructure / IT Operations roles
• Strong hands-on experience with Active Directory and Windows Server administration
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365
• Solid experience in VMware virtualization (vSphere, clusters, HA, storage concepts)
• Experience operating endpoint protection/security tooling (Microsoft Defender technologies or equivalent)
• Good understanding of security fundamentals
• Experience with ITSM/ticketing tools (e.g., ServiceNow) and structured incident/problem/change handling
