Infrastructure Project Manager

Who you are: 

  • Utilize 7+ years of technology project management experience in a global environment to drive successful outcomes.
  • Possess strong skills in gathering technology requirements and assessing technology risk and legal compliance.
  • Proficient in enterprise networking projects and capable of architecting infrastructure requirements with a focus on perfection.
  • Well-versed in business process frameworks and an advocate of Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, and LEAN, with expertise in utilizing tools like Jira, dashboards, reports, and metrics for effective project management.
  • Former Business Analyst skilled at solving complex problems using logical thinking and independent reasoning.
  • An Excel whiz utilizing tools such as Pivot tables, VLookups, MS Project, and Powerpoint for data analysis, planning, and presentations.
  • Exceptional communication skills, ensuring accurate reporting of schedule status to stakeholders.

 What you will do: 

  • Utilize Project Management skills to collaborate with large global teams and partner with senior program managers and delivery leads.
  • Take ownership of a multi-year project, including project planning activities, defining project scope, creating and maintaining a consolidated timeline/schedule, identifying and communicating project dependencies and impacts, and implementing mechanisms for ongoing project control.
  • Oversee the end-to-end Smart Building IoT implementation process in North America.
  • Develop a comprehensive onboarding checklist to ensure new team members have a clear understanding of project details, key players, and scope of work.
  • Establish efficient coordination strategies among team members across different time zones (Asia, EMEA, and US) to enable seamless collaboration for the Singapore project.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls throughout project execution.
  • Provide project support for multiple simultaneous projects.
  • Support the build-out of a new Singapore campus.
  • Gather requirements and perform gap analysis.
  • Utilize Excel for data analysis and manipulation of large datasets.

It would be awesome if you had the following:

  • Experience with an IoT project   
  • Written Wiki Pages 
  • Constructed and documented RFI/RFP (Request for Information/Request for Proposal)
  • Thorough understanding of Agile methodologies.
  • Familiar with asset life cycle management and documentation.
