Infra & DevOps Tech Lead, you’ll take ownership of our Infra & DevOps strategy, mentor a growing team, and drive the evolution of our platform’s reliability, scalability, and security.
You’ll lead a skilled and collaborative team at a pivotal stage of a major platform transformation. This is your opportunity to shape the future, define standards, and make a lasting impact across the organization.
What You'll do
- Lead, manage and mentor
- Design and implementation of scalable CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps
- Champion containerization and orchestration strategies with Docker and Kubernetes
- Architect and automate infrastructure and deployment processes across environments
- Define and enforce DevOps best practices and standards across teams
- Guide the adoption of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform and related tools)
- Mentor DevOps Engineers and foster a culture of continuous improvement
- Drive platform-wide initiatives to improve performance, security, and reliability
What You'll Need
- 10+ years in software engineering, including 6+ in DevOps and 2+ in a leadership role
- Deep hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, Git, Jenkins, etc.)
- Strong scripting and automation skills (PowerShell, Python, Bash, or similar)
- Expertise in containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, ARM templates, etc.)
- Proven ability to lead technical initiatives and manage/develop engineers
- Solid understanding of SaaS infrastructure and deployment strategies
- Background in performance tuning and cost optimization
- Strong stakeholder communication and cross-team collaboration skills

Familiarity with security and compliance in DevOps workflows

- Knowledge of the Oil & Gas domain
- Experience deploying to both cloud and on-premise environments
- Exposure to hybrid cloud infrastructure
