We are seeking an Infrastructure Architect with strong expertise in on-premise datacenter technologies to join our architecture team with one of our largest partners. About the Role
Key Responsibilities:

Infrastructure Design: Architect and implement on-premise datacenter solutions, ensuring scalability, security, and high availability.

Virtualization Platforms: Design and manage virtualization environments using VMware vSphere and Microsoft Hyper-V.

Network Architecture: Develop and maintain enterprise network infrastructure, including routing, switching, and security configurations.

Storage Solutions: Implement and optimize SAN/NAS storage technologies, ensuring redundancy and performance.

Backup & Disaster Recovery: Define and enforce backup strategies and disaster recovery plans using industry-leading tools.

Microsoft Technology Stack: Architect solutions leveraging Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, and SQL Server for enterprise workloads.

Performance & Capacity Planning: Conduct regular assessments to optimize infrastructure performance and plan for future growth.

Collaboration: Work closely with IT teams and stakeholders to ensure architectural alignment and operational excellence

Documentation: Maintain comprehensive architectural documentation and technical specifications.
Required Qualifications:

Experience: 10+ years in an Infrastructure Architect or similar role.
- Technical Expertise:
- Strong experience in on-premise datacenter architecture and operations.
- Deep knowledge of VMware vSphere and Microsoft Hyper-V virtualization platforms.
- Hands-on experience with enterprise storage technologies, backup solutions, and disaster recovery strategies.
- Advanced proficiency in Active Directory, Windows Server, and SQL Server administration.
- Solid understanding of network design, including VLANs, firewalls, and load balancing.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work in cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- VMware Certified Professional (VCP)
- Microsoft Certified: Windows Server / Azure Solutions Architect Expert
