Information Technology Manager

This is a position within Keller Executive Search and not with one of its clients.

This senior position will lead Information Technology for Keller Executive Search in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, shaping strategy, building scalable processes, and partnering across the firm to deliver measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities:
- Define the Information Technology vision, roadmap, and annual operating plan aligned to business goals.
- Build and lead a high‑performing Information Technology team; set clear objectives and coach managers.
- Own Information Technology KPIs and reporting; drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.
- Establish scalable policies, processes, and tooling for Information Technology across regions.
- Partner with executive leadership and cross‑functional stakeholders to deliver outcomes.
- Manage budgets, vendors, and risk within the Information Technology portfolio.

- Quản lý ngân sách, nhà cung cấp và đàm phán hợp đồng.
- Thiết kế quy trình tuân thủ pháp luật địa phương.
- Phối hợp với các bộ phận liên quan.
- Đại diện chức năng trước ban lãnh đạo.

Requirements

• 7+ years in progressively senior roles within the relevant discipline; experience leading managers.
• Demonstrated success building scalable processes and delivering against OKRs.
• Strong analytical and financial acumen; fluency with data tools and business cases.
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Working knowledge of applicable local laws, standards, and industry best practices.
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or certifications are advantageous.
