Information Security & Privacy Officer

As an Information Security & Privacy Officer, you combine sharp thinking with a practical mindset. This is not a traditional security role. It is a key position where you strengthen our internal security and privacy and help clients raise their maturity.

What this role looks like
Within ON2IT you keep our information security and privacy up to date and future-proof. You translate policy into daily practice. You make sure security by design and privacy by design are part of how we work.
You make risks and processing activities visible. You drive actions with impact and ensure that we continue to improve. You prepare audits so we sail through them. You handle incidents in a structured way and use each incident to increase resilience.
You work together with teams across the company. You ensure that awareness, DPIAs and solid advice are supporting the business. You test new techniques and solutions when they can really add value. Because of you, security and privacy are not obstacles but a natural part of how we work.
With clients you are their professional sparring partner. You help raise their maturity. You analyze issues, perform assessments and explain complex topics in simple terms. You turn findings into clear actionable steps. You keep momentum going with no-nonsense. Clients see you as knowledgeable, practical and reliable.

Requirements
What you bring
Proven experience with security and/or privacy through work, study or projects
The drive to learn and grow with ON2IT
Familiarity with ISO 27001, SOC 2 and GDPR
Strong communication in English (minimum C1 level)
CISSP, CISM, CISA certification or ambition to obtain these

We offer a fair salary based on your experience, skills and level of responsibility. In addition, you receive:
A salary of €3000-€5000, depending on your experience
A mobility allowance (€250 gross + €100 extra for electric/plug-in driving) on top of your salary
