Core Responsibilities
Install, configure, upgrade, and administer Informatica PowerCenter & IICS environments.
Manage repositories, Secure Agents, integration services, user/security roles, and connectivity.
Monitor workflows, troubleshoot failures, and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines.
Handle patching, hotfixes, environment refreshes, and migration activities.
Administer Linux/AWS infrastructure for Informatica components (EC2, S3, RDS, IAM).
Ensure high availability, performance, capacity planning, and platform scalability.
Implement SSO/SAML, RBAC, encryption, compliance, and audit controls.
Collaborate with dev/data teams to support integrations, automation, and CI/CD deployments.
Maintain documentation, SOPs, runbooks, and operational reports.
Through understanding of Tableau cloud workspace/stream.
Tableau cloud access management and support portal experience.
Experience in handling critical incidents around enterprise level platforms.
Solid coordination experience with end users, vendor, and other product teams.
Should be able to learn new things quickly and taking ownership of everything around platform.
