The position and your daily adventures
This is a full-time position based in our Mexico City office with a hybrid model, therefore we are looking forward to seeing you in our office 2-3 times per week.
What you can expect:
As an Influencer Associate, you'll work closely with our marketing team to execute innovative influencer campaigns and develop new partnership opportunities. You'll be responsible for building and maintaining strong, mutually beneficial relationships with external partners, ensuring seamless communication, strategic campaign alignment, and meticulous performance tracking. This is a key opportunity for someone looking to build a career in brand partnerships and influencer marketing within a fast-paced fintech environment.
What we are looking for:

Relationship & Talent Management
- Manage day-to-day communication and serve as the main point of contact for influencers and external brand partners, ensuring consistent, clear, and professional engagement.
- Nurture long-term relationships by understanding partner needs and aligning them with Klar’s strategic goals and brand narrative.
- Independently manage small portfolios of partnerships, handling logistics, contract adherence, deliverables, and support needs.

Strategic Partnership Development
- Identify high-potential influencers and emerging platforms for strategic partnerships based on audience insights and market trends.
- Contribute to campaign briefs with a focus on creative, strategic, and commercial alignment.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Legal, Marketing, Product) to vet new partnership opportunities and ensure influencer content supports broader marketing initiatives.
- Assist in defining deal structure and negotiation with partners to ensure strategic and commercial alignment (e.g., managing partnership timelines, deliverables, assets, and approvals).

Analytical Skills & ROI Mindset
- Monitor partnership performance across platforms and campaigns, identifying high and low performers.
- Flag early signs of disengagement or underperformance, and suggest data-informed next steps to optimize campaign performance.
- Track key metrics (engagement, reach, conversion) and collaborate with analytics teams to assess and report on ROI.
- Define KPIs and measurement frameworks for each partnership in collaboration with Insights/Analytics.

Brand and Regulatory Awareness
- Ensure all partner content complies with Klar’s brand guidelines and tone of voice, acting as the trusted voice for brand consistency.
- Stay up to date with relevant advertising regulations and disclosure standards in Mexico.
- Review and flag content that may pose brand, legal, or reputational risks, with a good grasp of compliance requirements for content integrations.
Who are you, job requirement:
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in brand marketing, influencer or entertainment agencies, influencer management, or a closely related field.
- A strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills and a proven ability to influence stakeholders through clear and concise written and verbal communication.
- Organized and detail-oriented, with strong project management skills, able to handle multiple partner relationships and campaigns simultaneously.
- Passionate about brand partnerships, influencer marketing, digital trends, and the fintech space.
- Comfortable with data, KPIs, and using insights to optimize campaign performance.
- Able to work independently, take initiative, and build trust across a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment.
- A Bachelor's degree in Marketing is a must.
- Advanced English level.
- Passion for entertainment, culture, brands, and fandom; understands how brands show up authentically in culture.
- Adapts quickly to change and tight deadlines; works autonomously with strong ownership to execute effectively without the need for micromanagement.
Desirable skills:
- A strategic, forward-thinker with a high level of intellectual curiosity.
- Experience in a builder mindset role with a bias toward action and experimentation.
- Familiarity with the legal and commercial requirements of marketing partnerships or content integrations in the Latam region.
- Experience in presenting and communicating effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Capable of working independently as well as part of a broader team.
- A dynamic presenter who can captivate and communicate effectively with senior executives, showrunners, filmmakers, and partner leadership.
