You’ll manage the full influencer cycle, from discovery and negotiation to execution and optimization. Build and manage influencer partnerships that support affiliate and brand goals
Discover new creators across platforms and connect with them before they break out
Negotiate, structure, and renew contracts with clear performance goals
Develop thoughtful platform strategies to grow reach and tap into new audiences
Monitor campaign results and improve based on clear data and insights
Collaborate with product, content, and customer success teams to improve the creator experience
Join in on virtual and in-person creator events to build stronger partnerships
Within 30 days: You’re fully onboarded, have met the brands, and are reviewing potential creator partners
Within 60 days: You’ve signed your first partnerships and started building a creator pipeline
Within 90 days: Your campaigns are producing results and contributing to key business goals
