This position is only open to students currently enrolled in a co-op program through Northeastern University. The term will run from July to December 2026 and the successful candidates will be expected to work in-office five days a week. 


About the Role

Our Strategy Team is dedicated to creating outcome-driven strategies and industry best practices for our customers and prospective customers. We push the boundaries of influencer marketing by leveraging data-driven insights, creative ideation, and deep industry expertise.

As an Influencer Marketing Strategy Co-op, you’ll work closely with our Strategy team to maximize campaign success for our clients while contributing to the evolution of the influencer marketing industry. This role is ideal for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in a fast-growing, highly competitive space.

What You’ll Do:

Strategic Campaign Development

  • Collaborate with Later’s Strategy team to assist with the development of innovative influencer marketing strategies for current and prospective customers.
  • Assist in identifying creators aligned with customer goals and present recommendations to clients.
  • Assist the Strategy team in developing proposal presentations that will be used for both current customers and future clients. 

Content & Best Practices Creation

  • Assist the strategy team by developing best-in-class templates and playbooks that will be used across the company to standardize and enhance influencer marketing strategies.

Campaign Execution & Platform Expertise

  • Gain hands-on experience in setting up and managing influencer marketing campaigns within the Later Influence platform.
  • Analyze campaign performance and contribute to data-driven strategy recommendations.

Creative & Proposal Development

  • Work alongside the Strategy team to brainstorm fresh, creative ideas for influencer marketing campaigns and develop compelling proposals for clients.

Cross-Team & Ad Hoc Support

  • Provide strategic support across partners and customers as needed, contributing to various projects that advance Later’s influencer marketing expertise.

What You Bring:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
  • Passion for influencer marketing, social media and entrepreneurship
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills
  • Extremely organized & high attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • An ability to learn quickly and adapt, and manage priorities effectively

Our approach to compensation:

We take a market-based & data-driven approach to compensation. We leverage data from trusted third-party compensation sources to help us understand the market value of a role based on function, level, geographic location, and scope. We evaluate compensation bi-annually, including performance and market-related factors.

Our salaries are benchmarked against market Total Cash Compensation for the geographic location of our job posting. Compensation for some roles is structured as On Target Earnings (OTE = base + commission/variable) while for others it is structured as Salary only.

To comply with local legislation and ensure transparency, we share salary ranges on all job postings. Skills, experience and other factors help determine the final salary we offer which may vary from the original range posted. 

Additionally, all permanent team members are granted stock options and are eligible to participate in various benefits plans as part of their overall compensation package.

Salary Range: $21 per hour

Where we work:

We have offices in Boston, MA; Vancouver, BC; Chicago, IL; and Vancouver, WA. For select positions, we are open to hiring fully remote candidates. We post our positions in the location(s) where we are open to having the successful candidate be located.
