As an Influencers  Marketing Specialist at Tamatem: you will play a key role in driving the company’s growth by building and executing innovative influencer marketing strategies. We’re looking for someone energetic, proactive, and highly connected who knows how to negotiate the best deals, monitor influencer activities, and stay ahead of trends and competitors in the industry.

You will: 

  • Develop, manage, and execute influencer marketing strategies and creative campaigns.
  • Identify, approach, and build long-term relationships with influencers, securing the best value and prices for collaborations.
  • Continuously monitor influencer activities, content, and engagement to ensure alignment with our goals.
  • Stay up-to-date on emerging social media and market trends, with a strong focus on Saudi Arabia and the wider region.
  • Track competitor influencer activities and provide regular insights and recommendations.
  • Map out the right influencers for each product and campaign to maximize ROI.
  • Brainstorm innovative and cost-effective approaches to influencer campaigns.
  • Collect and analyze data to evaluate influencer performance, report on ROI, and share insights with stakeholders.
  • Compile and deliver weekly and monthly reports on all influencer activities.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Skills and Experience you will bring to us:

  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to secure the best prices and deals.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with influencers and thought leaders.
  • Solid understanding of digital and mobile advertising channels.
  • Good knowledge of influencer management platforms.
  • Deep awareness of social media growth, trends, and best practices across Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, and Facebook, especially in Saudi Arabia.
  • Ability to manage 360° influencer campaigns (online and offline), ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Skilled at translating game updates into engaging social media content and aligning them with trending topics.
  • Strong understanding of how to increase in-game activities through influencer engagement and drive influencers to interact with the game itself.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Creative, proactive, and always up to date with industry shifts.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
