Role Overview

The Influencer Marketing & Operations Specialist plays a central role in scaling and optimizing influencer and creator programs within a high-growth marketing technology environment. This role sits at the intersection of influencer management, marketing operations, analytics, and cross-functional coordination. You will own creator outreach, relationship management, performance tracking, and reporting workflows while partnering closely with leadership and creative teams. The work is execution-heavy, highly collaborative, and process-driven, ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments. This role is well-suited for an organized, data-oriented operator who enjoys building repeatable systems.

Your Impact

You will directly support the growth and efficiency of influencer and creator campaigns by ensuring smooth operations from outreach through reporting. Your work will improve campaign visibility through accurate dashboards and performance tracking. By streamlining workflows and scaling creator relationships, you will help increase campaign efficiency, consistency, and long-term creator partnerships. Your contributions will enable leadership to make data-driven decisions and scale creator programs sustainably.

Core Responsibilities

Influencer Outreach & Relationship Management – 35%

  • Own the full influencer lifecycle from sourcing and outreach through contracting and payment coordination
  • Manage and maintain relationships with 100+ creators and influencer partners at scale
  • Oversee creator briefs, deliverables, timelines, usage rights, and compliance requirements
  • Identify high-performing creators for long-term partnerships, renewals, or whitelisting opportunities

Marketing Operations & Reporting – 30%

  • Build and maintain a centralized CRM for influencer and creator relationships
  • Track influencer and organic social performance metrics on a weekly basis
  • Develop dashboards and reporting systems to monitor campaign performance
  • Ensure data accuracy across spreadsheets, reporting tools, and internal systems

Campaign Execution & Cross-Functional Collaboration – 20%

  • Collaborate with leadership and creative teams on social launches and content initiatives
  • Coordinate inbound and outbound creator interest, DMs, and seeding campaigns
  • Support campaign setup, execution, and optimization with internal stakeholders
  • Ensure smooth handoffs between creative, operations, and leadership teams

Process Optimization & Scaling – 15%

  • Streamline influencer sourcing, reporting workflows, and internal documentation
  • Build repeatable systems to improve operational efficiency
  • Identify workflow gaps or bottlenecks and propose scalable solutions
  • Support program growth as influencer campaigns and creator volume expand

Requirements

Must-Haves (Required)

  • Experience managing influencer or creator campaigns end-to-end
  • Strong proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel, including dashboard creation
  • Experience tracking performance metrics such as ROAS, CTR, CAC, LTV, and engagement
  • High attention to detail with a process-oriented mindset
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tools, workflows, and stakeholders simultaneously
