What You'll Do

Oversee and optimize all influencer marketing operations within Singapore.
Lead, mentor, and manage the high-performing Influencer Marketing Team in Singapore.
Collaborate closely with the sales team to translate client briefs into innovative and effective influencer marketing campaign proposals.
Drive the execution of creative and impactful influencer marketing campaigns across Singapore.
Identify, cultivate, and maintain strong relationships with prominent influencers and thought leaders.
Facilitate and attend client meetings to thoroughly understand requirements and ensure successful campaign planning and execution.
Monitor campaign performance diligently, ensuring contract compliance and continuously identifying areas for improvement.
Stay ahead of the curve by keeping abreast of emerging trends, technologies, and influential figures in the digital landscape.

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Business.
3 to 5 years of experience in Influencer Marketing, Creator Engagement, or Public Relations.
Proven experience leading and managing a team.
Detail-oriented with a strong ability to take initiative, prioritize tasks, and multitask effectively.
Excellent organizational, project management, written, and verbal presentation skills.
Experience in livestream management and set-up.
Equally adept as a creative and strategic thinker.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
