Influencer Marketing Manager

What You'll Do

• Oversee and optimize all influencer marketing operations within Singapore.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the high-performing Influencer Marketing Team in Singapore.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to translate client briefs into innovative and effective influencer marketing campaign proposals.
• Drive the execution of creative and impactful influencer marketing campaigns across Singapore.
• Identify, cultivate, and maintain strong relationships with prominent influencers and thought leaders.
• Facilitate and attend client meetings to thoroughly understand requirements and ensure successful campaign planning and execution.
• Monitor campaign performance diligently, ensuring contract compliance and continuously identifying areas for improvement.
• Stay ahead of the curve by keeping abreast of emerging trends, technologies, and influential figures in the digital landscape.

Who You Are

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Business.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in Influencer Marketing, Creator Engagement, or Public Relations.
• Proven experience leading and managing a team.
• Detail-oriented with a strong ability to take initiative, prioritize tasks, and multitask effectively.
• Excellent organizational, project management, written, and verbal presentation skills.
• Experience in livestream management and set-up.
• Equally adept as a creative and strategic thinker.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
