The role
We’re looking for an enthusiastic and creative Influencer Marketing Intern or Working Student with a strong hands-on mentality to support the growth of Factor, our healthy, ready-to-eat meal subscription brand in the Dutch and Belgian markets.
This role is open to both students currently enrolled in a degree program and recent graduates looking for their first practical experience in the field.
From day one, you will play a key role in setting up and expanding our micro-influencer program, while also supporting larger influencer campaigns and content shoots across the Netherlands and Belgium. You will work closely with the Senior Growth Manager to further professionalize and scale the influencer marketing channel.
This is an exciting opportunity to gain practical experience and contribute directly to the development and success of Factor in the Benelux.

What you’ll do
- Take full ownership of our micro-influencer program in the Benelux, reviewing applications, onboarding creators, tracking content deliveries, and ensuring all posts follow our briefings
- Scout, identify and build strong relationships with influencers who align with our brand
- Prepare clear and compelling briefs, ensuring creators understand our tone of voice, brand identity and key messages
- Manage collaborations from outreach to content approval and reporting
- Request and analyze performance statistics to evaluate campaign success against KPIs
- Support larger influencer partnerships with well-known talent in NL & BE
- Assist in coordinating influencer shoots and other branded content production
- Spot new TikTok and Instagram trends and translate them into campaign opportunities
- Maintain influencer databases and ensure smooth campaign administration
- Bring fresh creative ideas to boost the visibility and growth of Factor across social channels
What you’ll bring
- A strong interest in influencer marketing, social media and digital trends
- Creative thinking and an eye for high-performing content
- Excellent communication skills, you enjoy connecting with people
- A hands-on mentality, proactive, independent and structured in your work
- Strong organizational skills & attention to detail
- Fluent in Dutch and confident in English (French is a plus!)
- You are currently studying or recently graduated (working student role also welcome) in Marketing, Communication, Media, or a related field
- Available for 5–6 months, 40 hours per week, based in Amsterdam
