As an Influencer Manager at Monks, you will be responsible for developing and executing influencer marketing strategies for our diverse range of clients. You will manage influencer relationships, oversee campaign execution, and ensure that all initiatives align with client objectives and enhance brand visibility. Your expertise in influencer marketing will help drive engagement and establish long-lasting partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, recruit, and manage relationships with influencers that align with client brands and campaign goals.
  • Develop and implement influencer marketing campaigns, coordinating with creative and account teams to ensure seamless execution.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their objectives and create tailored influencer marketing strategies that drive results.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging influencers, and best practices in influencer marketing to inform strategies.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, offering regular updates, insights, and responding to inquiries.
  • Work closely with content creators to ensure that messaging aligns with brand guidelines and resonates with the target audience.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media management, or a related field, preferably within an agency.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with influencers and clients.
  • Ability to generate innovative ideas and strategies that engage audiences and enhance brand storytelling.
  • Proficient in analyzing performance data and metrics to inform decision-making and campaign improvements.
  • Strong organizational abilities, capable of managing multiple campaigns simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
