We are looking for a highly skilled Influencer Management Senior Executive to execute influencer campaigns from strategy through performance. This role involves comprehensive planning, negotiation, active campaign management, and providing leadership and quality control for team projects.

What You Will Do

Work with Planning, Creative, and Creator Growth departments to develop plans & proposals.
Research & propose influencer lists for the campaign. Preparing quotations & optimizing KPI for clients.
Briefing, negotiating & closing the deal with the Influencer to proceed with the campaign.
Managing campaigns actively and closely to achieve good performance. Report after campaigns.
Work with the Finance/Legal team to prepare paperwork for the influencer.
Explore new influencers & establish and manage relationships with influencers.
Well-manage at least 05 campaigns at the same time.
Lead 01-02 team members & QC all projects of the team.
Support the department as needed.

A bachelor's Degree is required.
At least 3 years of experience in influencer marketing, including 1 year in the same position.
Demonstrated understanding of digital media platforms & influencer market.
Self-starter, fast learner with a can-do spirit.
Well-managed workload, negotiation skills, and promptly given solutions to solve issues.
Excellent verbal and written English and Vietnamese communication skills.
Supportive of other members in the team to grow day by day.
Need to be social-savvy on all platforms. Researching skills on social networks to find more new faces of influencers.
