As an Influencer Creative Planning Manager at AnyMind Thailand, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of impactful influencer marketing campaigns. You will be responsible for developing groundbreaking creative concepts, collaborating with strategic planning teams, crafting compelling KOL content plans, and overseeing seamless campaign execution.

What You'll Do

Creative Ideation: Generate groundbreaking creative concepts and ideas for online and offline campaigns, leveraging your understanding of influencer marketing and digital trends.
Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the strategic planning team to develop comprehensive campaign strategies, incorporating insights from market trends, consumer behavior, and emerging technologies.
Content Creation: Write compelling copy and develop engaging content for social media platforms, ensuring brand consistency and audience engagement.
Campaign Execution: Oversee the seamless execution of campaigns, from concept development to activation, coordinating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional results.
Performance Analysis: Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights to optimize strategies and drive continuous improvement.
AI Integration: Stay abreast of AI advancements and explore opportunities to leverage AI-powered tools to enhance campaign effectiveness, and data analysis.
Client Collaboration: Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and delivering innovative solutions that exceed expectations.

At least 5 years of experience in a digital agency or creative agency.
English in fluent level (this position needs to work with foreigners)
Proven track record in developing and executing successful influencer marketing campaigns.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, digital trends, and emerging technologies.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.
Proficiency in using design and presentation tools (e.g., PowerPoint).
