About the Role

As an Influencer & Content Creator Partnerships Specialist at SevenApps, you will be at the forefront of our global growth journey. Your mission will be to connect with influencers, UGC creators, and affiliates in our target markets, building strong partnerships that fuel organic growth and elevate brand visibility. This role blends creativity with data-driven marketing: you’ll design and launch campaigns, brief and guide creators, and continuously optimize performance through measurable KPIs. **This is a full on-site position in Levent.**

Responsibilities:

• Drive organic growth by building and managing influencer and content creator partnerships across geo-expansion markets.
• Scout, onboard, and retain creators (influencers, UGC creators, affiliates) aligned with our brand and growth strategy.
• Develop and deliver campaign briefs, ensuring creative output meets both brand voice and performance objectives.
• Launch and manage innovative campaigns (influencer, UGC, affiliate) to amplify brand visibility and drive measurable results.
• Track and optimize key metrics such as retention, video per creator, views, engagement, and hook rate.
• Provide data-driven insights to refine strategy, strengthen partnerships, and maximize ROI.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, growth, and product teams to ensure alignment and seamless execution.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or a related field.
• Excellent command of English (must).
• Spanish or another second foreign language is a strong plus.
• Proven experience in influencer, creator, or affiliate marketing (ideally in app, gaming, or digital industries).
• Strong analytical skills, able to interpret performance metrics and optimize strategy.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build long-term partnerships.
• Ability to manage multiple projects across different markets in a fast-paced environment.
• A creative, hands-on mindset with a data-driven approach.
