We’re looking for a Senior AI Engineering Lead - someone who’s both a builder and a leader. You’ll be coding daily while shaping a world-class engineering culture that fuses AI with software craftsmanship. If you thrive in high-velocity environments and love architecting systems that scale, this is your arena.

In this role, you will:

💻 Lead and mentor a team of senior developers to build and ship new features fast
🧠 Code innovative AI-driven features while setting clean, maintainable standards
⚙️ Architect reliable, scalable, and high-performance systems in Laravel and Angular
🤖 Integrate AI across engineering - from code reviews to automated monitoring
🚀 Implement agile processes that maximize quality and speed
🧩 Collaborate with leadership on strategic product direction

⏰ Full-time, based around Polish working hours

Requirements

To excel in this role, you need:

✅ Strong experience leading agile development teams
✅ Advanced knowledge of PHP (Laravel), MySQL or PostgreSQL, and front-end frameworks (preferably Angular)
✅ Hands-on experience building AI-integrated systems (e.g., vector databases, RAG architectures)
✅ Skilled in leveraging AI for development, code review, and quality assurance
✅ Excellent understanding of CI/CD pipelines and test-driven development

Brownie points for:

⭐ Experience working in high-growth SaaS startups
⭐ Familiarity with AI automation tools and prompt engineering
⭐ Exposure to multi-region scalable infrastructure (AWS or similar)
⭐ Previous experience mentoring or training other engineers

You’re a hands-on problem solver who thrives on innovation and ownership. You lead by example, stay calm under pressure, and genuinely care about building great products and great teams.
