Industry Product Specialist(Semiconductor)
TLDR
Provide strategic guidance on product direction and establish quality standards for AI platform technical deconstruction in semiconductor materials.
- Advise on platform feature prioritization and technical deconstruction dimensions based on industry technology roadmaps (e.g., EUV photoresist localization, G5-grade wet electronic chemical breakthroughs, third-generation semiconductor material evolution)
- Participate in MVP definition and iteration planning for the materials module
- Design technical deconstruction frameworks for semiconductor materials (e.g., Material Composition → Fabrication Process → Performance Parameters → Application Scenarios → Supply Chain Mapping)
- Guide the development of annotation schemas and extraction rules for key information from patents/literature (formulation logic, process parameters, performance metrics, failure modes, etc.)
- Review and optimize node definitions and relationship designs in the materials domain knowledge graph
- Establish quality standards and acceptance mechanisms for patent/literature data annotation in the materials domain
- Design evaluation dimensions for platform outputs (technical deconstruction completeness, information accuracy, logical consistency)
- Conduct periodic spot-checks on platform-generated materials technical reports, providing feedback and optimization recommendations
- Refer or recommend technical expert resources in the semiconductor materials field (e.g., Nata Opto-electronic, Jianghua Micro/Jiangsu Crystal-Rite, SICC/TanKeBlue)
- Assist in validating alignment between platform deconstruction results and actual industry technology roadmaps
Education: Master’s degree or above in Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Microelectronics, or related fields.
Industry Experience: 5+ years in R&D, process engineering, or technical management in semiconductor materials, with deep expertise in at least one sub-domain: photoresists (ArF/KrF/EUV), wet electronic chemicals (high-purity reagents, photoresist ancillary chemicals), or semiconductor compounds (SiC, GaN, and other third-generation semiconductors)
Technical Depth:
- Familiar with material formulation design, synthesis processes, purification technologies, and performance characterization methods
- Understanding of semiconductor materials’ practical application workflows and critical process nodes in wafer manufacturing
- Capable of reading patents and technical literature, extracting core innovation points from technical documents
Product Mindset: Basic understanding of AI/data products; ability to translate domain knowledge into structured data requirements
Preferred: R&D or process engineering background at semiconductor materials companies (e.g., Nata Opto-electronic, Jianghua Micro, Jiangsu Crystal-Rite, SICC, TanKeBlue)
