We are seeking a Knowledge Management Analyst to join Thoughtworks. In this role, you will work with multidisciplinary teams responsible for the overall Knowledge Management vision, product and content strategy, and implementation of integrated solutions across the Knowledge Management ecosystem. In Thoughtworks, we are implementing many AI tools in the Knowledge Management space and you will get an opportunity to play a pivotal role in building up a knowledge repository base for AI tools to perform at their best.   

Job responsibilities

As a part of the Knowledge Management team, you will be responsible for:

  • Support content curation process by anonymising content to make it reusable and format content to meet our global standards.  
  • Work with senior members to maintain and publish content to Knowledge Management platforms. Follow established document workflow standards for publishing and processing content on the portals. 
  • Sharing and labelling content using standard categorization and ensuring accurate display. 
  • Assist in implementing KM guidelines across Google drive settings, naming conventions, searchability and promotion on AI tools such as Glean, NotebookLM. 
  • Follow Thoughtworks standards for creating web pages. Check and ensure completeness and accuracy of deliverables, brand and site rules governing Knowledge Management portals. 
  • Maintain a work queue for managing work and keep transparency in assigned work. 
  • Pull reports from the KM platforms and help in preparing dashboards. 

Job qualifications

Technical Skills

  • Two to four years of experience in content management environment
  • A strong eye for detail 
  • Demonstrate good knowledge of Google suite 
  • Be able to prioritize tasks, work on multiple assignments, and raise concerns/questions where appropriate
  • Self-directed, comfortable working independently and without daily supervision
  • Ability to productively manage and work within a virtual team

Professional Skills

  • Strong English communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation).
  • Strong interpersonal skills. Self-motivated and strong team player.
