Industry engagement & strategy GTM lead

About the role:

Are you ready to shape the future of AvePoint’s presence in Australia and New Zealand? As our Industry Engagement & Strategy GTM Lead, you’ll own the ANZ go-to-market messaging, translating cutting-edge technology into solutions that truly resonate with our customers.

You’ll be a thought leader and technical evangelist, supporting our teams, customers, partners, and vendors. Your expertise will help AvePoint communicate how our technology solves real business challenges, enabling our sales teams to engage more customers and drive ANZ ARR growth. 

 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Go-to-Market Leadership: Develop and deliver messaging that positions AvePoint as the solution of choice for ANZ organisations. 
  • Technical Evangelism: Act as a trusted advisor, staying current with Microsoft and AvePoint technologies, and sharing insights with customers, partners, and internal teams. 
  • Content Creation: Produce and regionalise solution-focused content for sales, pre-sales, and marketing, ensuring alignment with local regulations and customer needs. 
  • Lead Generation: Collaborate with Marketing to design and implement integrated campaigns, nurture leads, and support enablement initiatives. 
  • Thought Leadership: Build relationships with key partner advocates, co-present at events, and drive long-term solution adoption. 
  • Solutioning & Roadmap: Map business outcomes to AvePoint technology, attend advisory councils, and act as the conduit between product, marketing, and the market. 
  • Data Analysis: Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights to stakeholders. 
  • Team Participation: Mentor junior team members, foster collaboration, and support field activities. 

What We’re Looking For 

  • Proven experience in technical evangelism, solution selling, or industry engagement within the ANZ market. 
  • Deep understanding of M365, channel partners, customer needs, and the evolving macro environment. 
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage both 1:1 and at scale. 
  • Passion for technology, agility in decision-making, and a collaborative spirit.
