Job Descriptions
Assist in managing end-to-end documentation of freelance & daily worker agreements, including drafting, distribution, tracking, and filing.
Support administrative processes related to freelance & daily worker matters, such as New Hire, Extension, and Mutation agreements.
Maintain proper documentation and an organized filing system for all Industrial Relations documents.
Assist in IR-related projects and support data preparation and reporting as required.
Requirements
Final-year student or fresh graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Law from a reputable university.
Strong interest in Industrial Relations and manpower regulations.
Good analytical and organizational skills.
Detail-oriented, able to multitask, and able to work under tight deadlines.
Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced, and blue-collar startup environment.
Good communication skills and willingness to learn.
