Industrial Engineer

This role is perfect for someone who loves solving operational puzzles, working with data and building processes that help teams perform at a higher level. You’ll work closely with our Operations, Warehouse, Customer Service and Tech teams to improve the way we work across the business.
You need to be someone who is highly analytical but also practical. Someone who can identify a problem, dig into the root cause and then actually help implement a better solution, not just build a spreadsheet about it
Requirements
WHAT YOU’LL OWN
Warehouse & Operations Optimisation
Analyse warehouse workflows and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, productivity and accuracy
Improve picking, packing, receiving and returns processes
Reduce bottlenecks and unnecessary manual work
Assist with warehouse layout and flow improvements
Support stock accuracy and inventory optimisation initiatives
Reporting & Data Analysis
Build and maintain operational reports and dashboards
Analyse operational trends, performance metrics and productivity data
Identify areas where costs, time or waste can be reduced
Monitor key operational KPIs and provide actionable insights
Logistics & Customer Experience
Assist in improving customer delivery times (CDT)
Analyse courier performance and delivery trends
Help improve exception handling and operational communication flows
Support process improvements that positively impact customer experience
Systems & Process Improvement
Work closely with operational and tech teams to improve internal systems
Map out operational processes and identify gaps or inefficiencies
Help automate manual processes where possible
Assist with implementation and rollout of operational projects and new workflows
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with warehouse leaders, customer service, tech and leadership teams
Support operational problem-solving across departments
Help create scalable systems that support company growth
WHO YOU ARE
You’ll fit right in if you are:
Degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
High attention to detail
Comfortable working with large amounts of data
Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills
Ability to think both strategically and practically
Someone proactive who takes ownership and initiative
Strong communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly
BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE
Experience in e-commerce, logistics, warehousing or retail operations
Experience with process mapping or workflow optimisation
SQL, Power BI or data visualisation experience
Lean / Six Sigma knowledge
Experience working with operational systems or automation tools
