Objective:

The Junior Industrial Design Engineer supports the design team developing devices and unique experiences to improve women’s lives. This designer is curious and collaborative with an open-minded approach receiving instructions and learning. The designer also provides innovative solutions for new products through highly motivated, determined problem-solving and rigorous attention to detail. This role will have access to compelling and highly confidential documentation to develop medical products, packaging, and design solutions with a user-centric approach, great aesthetics based on the global design vision. 

Main responsibilities:

• Analyze and research design requirements considering all stakeholders in conjunction with the design team. 
• Conceptualize design proposals considering the company design vision in conjunction with the design team.
• Support product testing and development processes definition
• Support the design team in the documentation, product specifications, manufacturing and suppliers design verification. 
• Proactively supporting the design team for sustaining solutions. 

Requirements:

• Bachelor´s degree in Industrial Design Engineering or Product Design 
• 0–1 year of experience in product design, the medical industry, or related areas.
• Advanced English (B2+ or higher), both written & spoken.
• Proficiency in Office package, Excel, PowerPoint, 3D Print Knowledge, Solidworks, Adobe Creative
• Collaborative, open-minded and analytical thinker.
• Strong communication skills
