Indoor Plants Technician - CBD Based

Calling all plant lovers and green thumbs! If you’d love a career that celebrates your obsession with plants, a role as an Indoor Plants Technician with Ambius (A Rentokil Initial Company) could be what you’re looking for. This is an unique opportunity for a Technician to come onboard with us and join our Indoor plants business in Melbourne on a permanent full time basis.

In this role, you will be responsible for servicing our city based clients. Due to the location and nature of this role, you will be expected to catch public transport into the city and be prepared to visit clients on foot.

At Ambius we are a leading, interior plantscape business. We encourage, supply and maintain the use of indoor plants to improve the look, feel and air quality of the workplace for employee wellbeing. We specialise in both rental and non-rental plants to suit our client's need.

This role will see you working in a supportive environment and reporting directly to the Local Service Manager.

The main duties of this role are:

• Care and maintenance of indoor plants including: watering, fertilizing, cleaning and pruning
• Installing and uninstalling of plants on client premises

• Communication with the client contact onsite

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A passion for plants
• Qualifications in Horticulture (desirable but not essential - we offer full training)
• Experience working in a similar role
• Willingness to travel to the city via public transport
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• An ability to consistently work within both our Client's and Ambius' safety parameters
