Indirect Procurement Manager

We are seeking an experienced Indirect Procurement Manager to join us here in Denova as part of our exclusive talent pool!

We are looking for people who can work mid-shift or night shift, depending on client's request.

This role is open exclusively to candidates residing in the Philippines.

Key responsibilities:

• Responsible for sourcing strategies for indirect spend category.

• Oversee source-to-pay process for indirect spend category, including sourcing, supplier negotiations, and contracts management, to ensure optimal total cost of ownership (TCO).

• Partner with business units to enhance existing solutions and manage sourcing pipelines for indirect category initiatives.

• Design, implement, and refine sourcing strategies for all indirect-related categories in alignment with company objectives and roadmaps.

• Conduct and analyse market research to identify industry trends, supplier landscapes, innovations and risks or opportunities in indirect category procurement.

• Manage vendor relationships, performance, and governance to ensure delivery excellence.

• Draft, review and finalise indirect spend contracts with legal, risk, and business units, ensuring risk mitigation across compliance, service continuity, and contractual obligations.

• Act as the escalation point for complex contractual or service issues and resolve disputes in a timely, commercially sound manner.

• Identify and establish KPIs across procurement functions and track them to measure efficiency and performance.

Requirements

Required Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, or related field – mandatory

• 6+ years of experience in procurement or sourcing, with a strong focus on indirect spend categories — goods and services necessary for day-to-day operations and administrative functions (e.g., IT services, marketing, logistics, facilities, professional services), not raw materials or manufacturing inputs

• Fluent in English (verbal and written) - mandatory

• Strong knowledge of indirect spend categories

• Proven ability to deliver cost savings through effective spend analysis, strategic sourcing, negotiation, and supplier management

• Strong innovation drive, project management, and solutions design

• Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills

• Proficiency in procurement tools such as SAP S/4Hana / Coupa or similar

• Leadership experience managing a team of buyers or procurement specialists
