One of our companies is currently looking for an Inbound SDR in Mexico.

As an Inbound Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will be responsible for qualifying inbound leads, ensuring they meet the criteria to be passed on to the sales team. You will work closely with both the sales and marketing teams to improve lead qualification rates and response times. Your role will be essential in helping the company achieve its revenue targets by ensuring smooth communication and quick responses to incoming leads.

Accountabilities:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to inbound leads across various channels such as email, website, and chat.
  • Qualify inbound leads to ensure they are of high quality and ready for follow-up by the Account Executive team.
  • Provide technology access and support to leads that meet “Self-Serve” criteria, ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
  • Maintain and update accurate lead data in the CRM (Salesforce).
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to provide feedback on lead quality and improve the overall lead generation process.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, with a track record of meeting or exceeding goals.
  • Prior experience working with a US-based company is preferred.
  • Strong proficiency in spoken and written English.
  • Ability to handle rejection and move forward with resilience.
  • Familiarity with sales tools such as Salesforce, Outreach.io, Salesloft, and Gong.
  • A phone-first mentality, with an eagerness to cold call and book meetings daily.
  • Knowledge or experience working with non-profit organizations is a plus.
  • A Bachelor’s degree is strongly preferred.
