As an Inbound Sales Representative, your role is to convert marketing sign ups into loyal clients. Follow up with all potential clients who sign up on the Temper platform.
Convert these sign-ups into recurring customers by actively onboarding them and then handing over the accounts to the client success team.
Build better inbound flows together with marketing.

Understanding client needs and leveraging an in-depth knowledge of our platform to provide tailored solutions.
Taking full ownership of the sales cycle, including managing clients for one month after their first use of the platform to ensure a smooth transition.
Collaborating closely with the marketing team to improve the quality of inbound leads and identify ways to boost client adoption.
The BD team consists of seven dynamic and dedicated colleagues. There are five business development managers, one reactivation manager, and one inbound sales representative.
Our team culture is informal and collaborative, with plenty of opportunities to enjoy team activities and have fun together. At the same time, we hold each other accountable, especially during our Monday morning meetings where we set ambitious goals and track progress towards hitting our targets.
You’re at the start of your sales career, with a strong interest in learning sales techniques and a winning mentality.
Experience in one or more of our key industries: hospitality, retail, logistics, or facilities.
Interested in short deal cycles and the ability to close quickly.
Comfortable using data from various systems to shape and optimize your sales strategies.
Fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
Knowledge of managing a sales pipeline, balancing client onboarding, and proactive outreach.
Experience as BDR/ SDR.
Knowledge about different sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDICC, SPICED, or Challenger Sales).
Knowledge of Salesforce as a CRM tool or experience with SalesLoft.
