Our journey
Founded in 2017 by Alexandre and Steve, Qonto has grown to 1,600+ Qontoers serving over 600,000 customers across 8 European countries: France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Austria, Belgium, and the Netherlands. We have been profitable since 2023, and we are just getting started as we want to become the indisputable European leader in SME finance management.

⭐ Mission:
• Join us as Inbound Sales Manager France (Upsell & cross-sell) in our Sales team to drive Qonto's growth across France from our Barcelona hub. You will play a key role in guiding clients through their customer journey ensuring product adoption, while focusing on revenue expansion through strategic upselling, cross-selling, and ensuring long-term retention.

• Your role combines commercial excellence with customer success expertise to maximize portfolio value and secure lasting partnerships, working closely with our Inbound Sales Lead, Clément, as part of our dynamic Barcelona sales hub.
👩💻🧑💻 As an Inbound Sales Manager France at Qonto, here are your main tasks:
• Upsell and cross-sell: Growing our clients by addressing new needs and thus generating upsell (higher plan, add-on, additional cards…)
• Engagement: Build strong relationships with your clients by being their main point of contact, understanding their needs, and anticipating their business concerns. Analyze relevant data to make the best recommendations to ensure proper adoption and usage of Qonto.
• Voice of customers: Customer feedback is precious, collect and share client feedback with internal teams, share case studies, and encourage client participation in testimonials, presentations, and events - all aimed at continuous product improvement.
• Take ownership: Identify anomalies, optimize, and set up new ways with a data approach to identifying any upsell, engagement, retention signals/risk.

• Market/Team Context: Be part of Qonto's Barcelona sales hub with around 25-30 people covering multiple European markets.

Your manager will be Clément, our Inbound Sales Lead in Barcelona.
• His path: Clément brings extensive experience in customer success and sales leadership, with a proven track record of building and scaling high-performing teams across European markets.
• What he brings to the team: Clément offers deep expertise in customer engagement strategies and revenue growth, fostering a collaborative environment while providing the coaching and support needed to excel in upselling and retention

• Experience: You have at least two years of experience in sales, customer success or account management.
• Commercial Acumen: You understand clients' core challenges, demonstrate product value, and offer tailored solutions while expertly identifying upselling opportunities to expand accounts.
• Customer-centric: You show empathy and adapt your communication according to customer needs.
• Results-driven: You work toward achieving your daily objectives with strong multitasking skills and a keen eye for detail.
• Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills. Communicate in a clear, assertive way. Active listening, the ability to explain complex concepts simply. Know how to get the most info from clients in interviews.
• Adaptability: Thrive in a dynamic, evolving startup environment. Organize and prioritize the opportunities you have.
• Languages: Proficiency in French and English.
