What You’ll Do

  • Respond quickly to inbound leads via phone, text, and email

  • Have structured qualification conversations using the provided scripts

  • Identify customer intent and route leads appropriately

  • Set qualified demos for Account Executives

  • Track all activity accurately in our CRM

  • Follow daily call, activity, and quality standards

  • Stay focused, organized, and consistent throughout the day

This role involves a high volume of outbound calls to inbound leads. You will be on the phone daily.
