We are looking for an Inbound Marketing Specialist to join our team and manage our end-to-end inbound lead qualification and nurturing process. In this role, you'll oversee our AI-powered conversational marketing platform (Conversica) across all regions, building campaigns that engage prospects, qualify leads, and seamlessly transition them to our sales team when they're ready for demos. You'll serve as the critical connection between marketing and sales, ensuring every inbound lead is engaged promptly and professionally while maintaining clean data and smooth handoffs throughout the customer journey.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Oversee the complete inbound lead qualification process through Conversica, our AI-powered conversational marketing platform
  • Build and optimize Conversica conversation campaigns across all global regions (AMER, EMEA, APAC)
  • Monitor and respond to prospect inquiries through the Conversica AI assistant when needed, maintaining consistent engagement
  • Generate performance reports segmented by contact list type to track campaign effectiveness and engagement metrics
  • Qualify and route Marketing Qualified Leads through Conversica, transitioning prospects to Account Executives when demo-ready
  • Manage end-to-end CRM data accuracy including lead-to-contact conversion, account creation, opportunity setup, and meeting/event scheduling
  • Verify inbound lead information and resolve scheduling conflicts when demo forms are submitted with incorrect details
  • Monitor and respond to the general marketing inbox to ensure timely prospect communication
  • Partner with Partner and Growth Marketing teams to create custom Conversica conversations related to marketing campaign needs

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field
  • 1+ years of experience in business development or sales
  • Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously
  • Self-starter with ability to work independently and take ownership of the inbound process

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Positive attitude and willingness to adapt in a fast-paced, evolving industry
  • Basic understanding of B2B lead qualification and sales funnel stages
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with sales, Growth Marketing, and international teams
