What You’ll Do:

  • Guide and represent the company on EEOC compliance, workplace investigations, and employment law issues
  • Manage worker’s compensation (WC) litigation
  • Draft, review, and negotiate a range of business contracts
  • Advise leadership on legal risk and policy
  • Collaborate on regulatory compliance and internal process improvement

Requirements:

  • JD from an accredited law school
  • Active Florida Bar license, good standing
  • Residence in greater Manatee County, FL
  • Proven experience in EEOC, employment, and WC litigation
  • Contract drafting and negotiation expertise
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Preferred:

  • Prior in-house or government experience
  • Familiarity with Florida employment law and policy
  • Effective team and project leadership
