מתאם.ת היצוא והיבוא, יהיו חלק ממחלקת רכש יצוא ויבוא.
התפקיד כפוף ניהולית למנהל שרשרת אספקה (האמון גם על תחומי הרכש, היבוא והיצוא), וכפוף מקצועית למנהלת תחום יבוא-יצוא במערך הקיים של החברה.
עיקר התפקיד יהיה בתחום היצוא-יבוא
תחומי אחריות עיקריים:
1. תפעול שילוח בינלאומי : התנהלות שוטפת מול משלחים ועמילי מכס, ניהול דוקומנטציה שילוחית
( BL,COO,PL,INV) ובקרה על תקינותם בהתאם לחוק ויעדי המשלוח.
2. שליטה בתנאי המכר הבינלאומיים, Incoterms.
3. יבוא : שליטה בחוקי המכס, בקיאות בהתנהלות תפעולית מול משלוחי חומ"ס, עמידה בתקני שינוע בינלאומיים (MSDS, הצהרות מסוכנים).
4. טיפול במשלוחי קורייר.
5. קידום אספקות.
6. ניהול Follow Up הדוק , מעקב יום יומי אחר סטטוס משלוחים/ ספקים/ ווידוא עמידה בלוחות זמנים
7. יישום הוראות הסכמי סחר לניצול פטורים ממכס - EUR-1 בהתאם לרגולציה.
8. בקרה תקציבית, בדיקה, אישור והתאמה של כלל חשבוניות יבוא ויצוא.
9 . ממשק פנים ארגוני : עבודה שוטפת מול מחלקות הרכש, שירות לקוחות, תפ"י ,לוגיסטיקה.
דרישות התפקיד:
● השכלה : תואר ראשון.
● ניסיון של 3-5 שנים בתחום הייצוא והייבוא (ניסיון בתחום היבוא- הכרחי).
● ניסיון בתחום הרכש - יתרון משמעותי.
● ניסיון קודם כראש צוות - יתרון.
● אנגלית ברמה טובה מאוד - כתיבה, קריאה ודיבור - חובה.
● יכולות מחשב - אקסל ברמה גבוהה, הכרות עם מערכת הפריוריטי - יתרון .
