What You ‘ll Be Doing:

• Monitoring incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Communicating with transportation companies to ensure smooth and timely delivery of shipments.
• Market assessment and negotiation with transportation companies.
• Coordinating and handling the shipment process, including documentation (bills of lading, commercial invoices and export/import documentation) and customs clearance.

• Ensuring compliance with international trade regulations and customs requirements.
• Arranging transportation (trucking, shipping, and air freight) to meet the specific needs of each shipment.

Qualifications & Experience

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant required.
• At least two (2) years of working experience in imports/exports and transportation procedures.
• Very good knowledge of the English language.
• Excellent use of MS Office, especially MS Excel & Word.
• Knowledge of SAP ERP will be an asset.
