Job Title: Import/Export Analyst
Job Summary: Responsible for the movement of merchandise and/or material in/out of the country in compliance with country, federal, state, and local regulations.

What you'll do
Logistics Coordination & Execution
Plan and manage international shipments (air, ocean, and ground) to meet on time delivery for our Ecommerce and Trading Card Game (TCG) teams.
Track and monitor in‑transit shipments; proactively resolve delays or exceptions.
Create, review, and validate shipping and customs documentation (commercial invoice, packing list, BOL, COO, etc.).
Ensure compliance with global trade regulations by working with our Global Trade Compliance team to ensure import and export documents adhere to our stated requirements.
Analysis & Continuous Improvement
Analyze freight spend, carrier performance, delivery accuracy, and transit times; identify savings and efficiency opportunities.
Build dashboards, scorecards, and KPIs to monitor logistics performance.
Recommend process improvements and automation opportunities to optimize lead times and reduce costs.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
Work closely with procurement, planning, inventory, manufacturing, and customer service teams.
Partner with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and carriers to ensure seamless operations.
Support International Transportation, Trade Compliance, and Supply Chain teams with data, reporting, and project participation.
Compliance & Documentation
Maintain 100% compliance with all import/export laws (CBP, BIS, OFAC, TSA, etc.).
Support internal and external audits related to trade compliance and logistics operations.
What you'll bring
Two (2) to five (5) years of professional experience in logistics, international shipping, or supply chain.
Working knowledge of:
Incoterms
Import and Export Ocean and air freight operations
Customs clearance processes
Proficiency in Excel and/or data tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
Experience with ERP or TMS systems (Oracle (preferred), SAP, NetSuite, Manhattan, etc.).
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
Excellent communication and cross‑functional collaboration abilities.
Experience in import/export operations for a multinational company preferred.
Familiarity with Lean/Six Sigma methodologies preferred.
Detail‑oriented with strong organizational skills.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced global environment.
Data‑driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into actions.
Continuous improvement orientation.
Ownership and accountability.
Base Salary Range: For this role, new hires generally start between $80,200.00 - $93,000.00 per year. The full range is $80,200.00 - $118,000.00 per year. This range is applicable for the labor market where the role is intended to be hired. The final base salary is directly related to the candidate’s qualifications and professional experience uniquely.
