Implementations Analyst

InvGate is a fast-growing SaaS company that develops IT management and service automation products, used by clients in over 50 countries across industries such as banking, e-commerce, education, and technology.

To support our continuous growth, we are looking for an Implementations Analyst to join our team. This role will be responsible for the onboarding and successful implementation of our software for new clients. The main goal is to ensure the product is configured and integrated to meet each client’s specific needs, enabling a smooth transition and optimal use of the software.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Onboarding: Collaborating with new clients to understand their business processes and requirements.
• Configuration and Customization: Setting up the software, customizing features, and configuring settings to align with client workflows.
• Data Migration: Assisting with importing and organizing client data into the system.
• Integration: Ensuring the SaaS product integrates seamlessly with the client's existing systems or tools.
• Project Management: Overseeing the implementation timeline, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring deadlines are met.
• Troubleshooting: Identifying and resolving any issues or challenges during the implementation process.
• Feedback Collection: Gathering client feedback to improve future implementations and contribute to product enhancements.
