AppZen is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Pune office and support our US-based customers. This role will focus on delivering and managing projects for AppZen’s market-leading Expense Audit product. You will work in a dynamic, fast-growing environment, collaborating with cross-functional global teams to ensure successful implementations and ongoing customer success. Shift: 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM IST
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end project delivery for AppZen’s Expense Audit product, from initiation through completion.
Act as the primary point of contact for customers during implementation.
Plan, track, and manage project scope, timelines, resources, risks, and dependencies.
Coordinate with internal teams including Product, Engineering, Support, and Customer Success.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to a high standard of quality.
Communicate project status, risks, and milestones clearly to stakeholders.
Drive process improvements and best practices across project delivery.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in SaaS or enterprise software implementations.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work effectively with global teams and support US customers during overlapping business hours.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
