Implementation Specialist

The Implementation Specialist works with customers to implement new software setups, and perform all necessary configurations and staff training to enable assigned customers Go-Live on respective TCS software platforms. The Implementation Specialist will utilize relevant skill sets, alongside working with various team members to deliver these expectations.

  • Perform assigned software setup and configuration
  • Set timeline with customers to meet expectations.
  • Schedule expected Go-Live dates.
  • Schedule and conduct setup and training calls or onsite visit(s) that will meet the set timeline.
  • Communicate required tasks and progress with customers and the Implementation Team.
  • Guide the customer on the best practices of using our products.
  • Coordinate needed tasks with the Implementation Team to meet the timeline expectations of the customer and TCS.

  • Training/Teaching experience
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Basic Accounting knowledge
  • Tire & Wheel industry experience a plus
  • Organizational, Time management, & Project management skills
  • Good Written and Oral communication skills
  • Self-motivated and ability to work cohesively with team members
  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in a related field
