IXL Learning, developer of personalized learning products used by millions of people globally, is seeking an Implementation Specialist passionate about integrating technology and best-practice instruction into schools and classrooms to help all students achieve.

In this role, you will lead high-quality virtual and on-site professional development and support districts, schools, and teachers in successfully implementing IXL. You will partner with district leaders to develop and share practical strategies for using IXL to support their district initiatives and achieve their instructional goals. #LI-MG1

You must be a natural presenter and people person, highly organized, creative, well-spoken, knowledgeable about district-level implementations and data, and eager to be part of a collaborative, high-energy team.

This is a full-time remote position for candidates living in the Northeastern region of the United States. #LI-REMOTE

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

Support mid-size district accounts
Deliver high-quality in-person and virtual professional development to teachers and administrators
Travel to facilitate in-person professional development sessions to schools and districts – up to 60% possible travel during back-to-school season and up to 40% the remainder of the year
Collaborate with school and district partners to create and implement a professional development plan that supports a successful IXL implementation
Use data to drive decision-making and increase customer engagement and usage of IXL
Partner with the sales team to effectively manage and grow customer relationships

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

BA/BS degree
5+ years of educational professional development experience
Experience teaching in a K-12 setting
2+ years of school leadership experience
Exceptional communication and presentation skills
Excellent interpersonal skills - dynamic, enthusiastic, upbeat individual who connects well with others and has a positive, collaborative attitude
A strategic thinker and problem-solver with an analytical mindset
Organized, methodical, and detail-oriented
Ability to prioritize and effectively manage multiple projects and tasks concurrently, from start to finish
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Experience using Google Apps and Zoom
Must live close to a major airport
