Implementation Specialist / Lead (Remote)

The Professional Services team is seeking a high achieving individual capable of supporting our extensive portfolio of innovative healthcare customers. Our Professional Services team serves as the primary interface between BEKHealth and our customers to launch our platform in order to accelerate clinical research in critical areas such as cancer and Alzheimer’s.

Members of the team develop many capabilities and excel across a breadth of functions including EMR integration, implementation oversight, and customer coordination.

Your Mission:

• Use knowledge of clinical data and research industry to evaluate customer needs, propose solutions to customer requirements, and maintain high customer satisfaction 

• Successfully executes on the BEK solutions’ delivery and implementation plans 

• Track and communicate progress and decisions clearly, triage issues to the appropriate internal stakeholders and ensure timely effective issue resolution

• Create and maintain business documentation, such as EMR system requirements,  research site process workflows, etc.

• Support the activities that drive high active weekly usage of BEK solutions 

• Develop external communication materials such as progress reports

• Ensure compliance with BEK processes and project management methods

Your Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 

  • License/certifications (e.g., RN) or advanced degree in a clinical/science discipline a plus (e.g., MPH, MS, etc.).

• Experience in EMR data migration/extraction, healthcare consulting, healthcare technology, life sciences, real-world evidence, or healthcare provider practice/hospital. 

  • Lead requires 3+ years experience 

• Experience with electronic medical record (EMR) systems and analyzing patient data. 

  • Experience with protected health information (PHI) data experience a plus. Anonymized EMR data experience acceptable.

  • Experience with querying databases using Access, SQL or MongoDB is a plus.

• Experience with clinical research and clinical trials is a plus.

• Travel up to 20% to engage with customers.
