The Job in a Nutshell💡

The Implementation Specialist is the end-to-end owner of the customer onboarding journey—from handoff to go-live and clean handover. This role is not “coordination for coordination’s sake.” You run the project: define the plan, drive actions, remove blockers, and ensure the customer is fully ready to operate successfully.

What Will You Do❓

  • Own and drive end-to-end onboarding projects from kickoff through go-live, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
  • Plan, track, and control project execution to consistently deliver against scope, timeline, and quality standards.
  • Lead customer relationships as the primary point of contact, ensuring a smooth, high-quality onboarding experience.
  • Coordinate and align cross-functional teams as a central control point to remove blockers and keep projects on track.
  • Ensure quality, readiness, and go-live success by validating requirements, testing outcomes, and mitigating risks.
  • Create, maintain, and present clear documentation and reports to track progress, risks, and outcomes.

What Are We Looking For❓

  • 1–2 years in onboarding/implementation/project coordination/customer operations in SaaS (restaurants/retail/fintech is a plus).
  • Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders and delivering time-bound projects.
  • Familiarity with CRM/ticketing tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk) is a strong advantage.
  • Arabic/English skills based on customer base requirements.
