What You’ll Do

As an Implementation Specialist, you will:

Responsible for onboarding new customers and providing training to new users 
Handles level 1 onboarding cases/customer calls with a minimal to moderate level of assistance, while continuing to gain familiarity with the product. 
Manages the assigned workload of open onboarding cases 
Ability to move onboarding forward and complete 80% of their onboardings within 14 days of their target onboarding timeframe (target timeframes listed below) 
Maintain a minimum assigned average Customer Satisfaction Score (CSAT) 
Develops positive working relationships with Sales & Product Teams 
Clearly understands processes and executes proficiently  
Confident understanding of contracts and offered product packages and plan levels 
Gains an understanding of the various roles within our CS teams/Sales/Product

Preferred Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent
Ability to multitask among various assignments
Excellent communication (written and oral) skills and excellent interpersonal skills
Strong time management skills
Ability and willingness to explore unfamiliar systems, environments, and languages

Compensation and Benefits

Estimated Salary Grade Range: $47,400 - $65,400
The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience and is based on a 40-hour work week.
Potential Variable Pay based on goals
