About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented **Implementation Specialist** to join our team. In this role, you will act as a bridge between our clients and internal teams, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience and a smooth transition into our platform. You will be responsible for creating contracts, customizing agreements, managing technical integrations, and ensuring clients receive the highest quality of service throughout the implementation process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver tailored onboarding plans based on client business needs and package requirements.
  • Create and manage contracts for new clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance with business terms.
  • Conduct training workshops, deliver engaging presentations, and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base.
  • Customize and adjust rental agreements using Adobe Illustrator, adding client-specific terms and conditions as required.
  • Coordinate and implement third-party integrations with strategic partners such as Cardknox and CRX.
  • Perform administrative and technical changes within client WordPress admin accounts.
  • Collaborate with development teams to capture client website requirements, ensuring proper execution of changes.
  • Log, track, and monitor system bugs and enhancement requests through Jira, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Work closely with Quality Assurance to troubleshoot technical issues, providing effective workarounds when necessary.
  • Test and validate new system releases and updates, generating detailed performance and quality assurance reports.
  • Identify and suggest additional products or service upgrades that would provide enhanced value during customer interactions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in client onboarding, software implementation, or technical project management.
  • Hands-on expertise with Jira, WordPress, Adobe Illustrator, and third-party integrations such as payment gateways.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent presentation, training, and communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical processes.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of QA, testing methodologies, and release cycles is an advantage
