About the Role
The Frontline & Customer Experience Specialist will report to the Frontline & Customer Experience Director. The role will help the partners (external clients) by developing, facilitating, and supervising digital transformation process, guaranteeing that all frontline teams are set for success to support the digital transformation. Interacting with both external and internal stakeholders to capture needs and align improvements is a recurrent activity on this role. The Specialist will assess the needs of each partner, coordinate improvements with the product and business teams. Moreover, they will be responsible for data analysis to pro-actively identify mistakes and opportunities regarding Frontline & Customer Experience transformation.
