About the Opportunity 

As an Implementation Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading the successful deployment of imaging cloud-based solutions for our customers. Managing the implementation process for a client(s), from project planning, resource allocation, to go-live and transition to support.

 

Key Responsibilities: 

65%: Project Planning

  • Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to define project scope and objectives.
  • Manages the end-to-end implementation process, develops detailed project plans which include timelines and resource allocation, participates in implementation calls, guiding customer sites through configuration and onboarding of our platform.
  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams to address client-specific needs, ensure project alignment and project progression adhering to strict timelines.
  • Assists with completing security questionnaires during implementation.
  • Monitors project performance and adjusts and manages expectations as necessary.
  • Coordinates end user training sessions
  • Ensures clients are fully equipped to utilize the system effectively
  • Identify and mitigates potential project risks and issues.
  • Ensures compliance with organizational policies and standards.
  • Conducts post-implementation reviews to assess project success and improvement opportunities.

15%: Collaboration and Communication

  • Builds and maintains strong relationships with clients.
  • Leads cross-functional teams to execute project plans.
  • Oversees task completion, monitors progress and ensures adherence to timelines and budgets.
  • Gathers feedback from clients and internal teams to identify areas for improvement.
  • Contributes to the development of best practices and process enhancements.

10%: Documentation

  • Maintains comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, meeting notes, status reports, and post implementation interviews.
  • Ensures clients have completed project implementation documents prior to implementation.
  • Ensures finalized documents are filed within the Corporate Hub.

5%: Innovation and Process Improvement

  • Assess workflows to find the most efficient ways to perform work tasks.
  • Provides supervisor with actionable ideas and recommendations to increase operational efficiencies.
  • Actively participates in brainstorming sessions to help create an efficient and effective workplace.

5%: Other duties

  • Other duties as assigned.

 

Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in business, healthcare administration, product, software development or other relevant field of study.  
  • 3+ years of experience in Project Management, consulting or marketing of software solutions. 
  • 3+ years’ experience implementing PACS systems (preferred).
  • Experience working in an agile software development environment is required. 
  • Understanding of product development methodology in a regulated industry. 
  • Demonstrated organizational skills, attentive to detail and multitasking. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including ability to influence decision makers across functions and tailoring information for different audiences.

Compensation and Benefits

Typical salary range for this position is $75,000 - $100,000. However, Synthesis participates in location-based hiring and salary ranges can be adjusted based on candidate's residence.
