About the role: As a pivotal member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation and onboarding process for new client partners at Certify, and existing Certify clients seeking to expand their scope of services. You will work with multiple clients, collaborate closely with partner teams, and execute the standard process for the successful implementation of the CertifyOS product and associated services. Your role will be instrumental in maintaining a seamless client journey and setting our clients up for success. What you’ll do:
  • Lead operational workstream components of implementation and onboarding process for new client partners, across Credentialing and Monitoring services offered by CertifyOS, across multiple implementations simultaneously
  • Support clients as they complete standard implementation tasks related to operational workstreams and as they learn to use the CertifyOS platform
  • Act as the main liaison between Implementation and Operations teams at CertifyOS
  • Develop a deep understanding of US Healthcare Provider Credentialing and Monitoring, as well as Provider Data Management
  • Maintain a seamless client experience from contract execution to go-live
  • What you’ll need:
  • Required
  • 5+ years of professional experience overall
  • 3+ years of experience in software implementation, project management,  strategy and operations, or a management consulting role
  • Excellent organisational skills and a strong detail-oriented mindset
  • Outstanding presentation and communication skills with the ability to tailor the delivery of a question or request to a variety of audiences
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Ability to interact and collaborate with operations, product, and engineering teams both internally and externally

  • Preferred
  • Strong understanding of US Healthcare Provider Credentialing and Monitoring, as well as Provider Data Management universe
  • Demonstrated proficiency with systems, spreadsheets, databases, and applications (Google Suite, Salesforce, Jira, Confluence, Monday.com)
